What is Perfect Size?

Perfect Size is an app dedicated to helping you remember the right size for the person you are shopping for. It’s available on iOS, Android, and www.perfectsizeapp.com.

Perfect Size allows you to take control of your shopping experience by helping you to create a profile for the people you shop for. You can enter detailed information to confidently shop and bring home the Perfect Size!

How can I join Perfect Size?

Simply download Perfect Size from the App Store or from Google Play . Create your account using your email and set up profiles.

You can also set up an account by going to www.perfectsizeapp.com.

How can I edit profiles?

To edit your created profiles, simply navigate to your account by going to your account menu and selecting My Page. From your account, select a profile from the “Profiles” tab (the pencil icon) and select the profile which you wish to edit. Viewing your created profile, you should see a button at the bottom that says “Edit This.” Click it and a form similar to the one you saw on Create A Profile will open; simply make the changes you wish to make and submit the new form.

Can I make purchases on Perfect Size?

You are able to purchase Perfect Size merchandise. We are partnering other companies to offer you a full shopping experience in the near future.

What’s the price range on the clothes I can buy?

There is no price range. The great thing is once you create a Profile you can customize the price parameters.

Do I need a credit card to set up a profile?

Debit/Credit Cards are required for purchases, however, we will not store or save your credit card information.

Can I use Perfect Size without setting up a profile?

You can use the Shop without setting up a profile, but you’d be missing out on Perfect Size’s best features, including recommendations and our trademark size-and-style filter system.

Do I need a smartphone or smart device to use Perfect Size?

No. Perfect Size is also available online. Simply go to our homepage and click on Login/Register to sign up and get started!

Why can’t I connect to the shop using the Mobile App?

If you can’t connect to the Perfect Size Shop, this is usually caused by a problem with your Internet connection or your device’s settings.  This problem could be solved by any of the following.

On Android:

  • Restart your phone, or turn it off and on.
  • Update Perfect Size to the latest version available on Google Play.
  • Open your phone’s Settings app > More > and turn Airplane mode on and off.
  • Open your phone’s Settings app > Data usage > and make sure that Cellular data is turned on.
  • Open your phone’s Settings app > Apps > Perfect Size > Data usage and make sure background data is not restricted.
  • Open your phone’s Settings app > Wi-Fi and turn it off and back on.
  • Try connecting to different Wi-Fi hotspots.
  • Make sure Wi-Fi stays on during sleep mode.
  • Reboot your Wi-Fi Router.
  • Contact your mobile provider and make sure your APN settings are configured correctly.
  • Upgrade your Android OS to the latest version available for your device.

On iOS:

  • Confirm you are using the latest version of Perfect Size from the App Store.
  • Restart your iPhone:
    • Hold the On/Off button until “slide to power off” appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on.
  • In iPhone Settings, turn Airplane Mode ON then OFF.
  • In iPhone Settings > General > Reset tap Reset Network Settings (This will delete all your saved Wi-Fi passwords).
  • Upgrade or restore your iPhone’s iOS to the latest version for your device. .

If you use an unlocked phone or a prepaid SIM card, then you may need to adjust your phone’s APN settings for your SIM card. Please contact your wireless carrier for details and instructions about changing the APN settings for your SIM card.  If you are able to use Perfect Size on Wi-Fi but not on data connection, double check your APN configuration with your mobile provider.
